The Nevada National Security Sites (NNSS) Emergency Management External Partners Briefing is an annual outreach event that brings together emergency management professionals from federal, state, tribal, local, and private sector organizations to strengthen partnerships, enhance coordination, and improve regional preparedness and response capabilities.

Hosted by the Strategic Operations and Response Support (SOARS) Division, the briefing provides attendees with an opportunity to learn about NNSS emergency management programs, operational capabilities, current initiatives, and opportunities for collaboration while fostering relationships with organizations that support our shared mission.

The 2026 briefing marks the return of this annual event to the Nevada National Security Site following two years of hosting at satellite locations.
